Global Settings
Before building your sequence, you can apply global behaviors to your automation.- Master A/B Split Test (PRO): Test entirely different flows against each other. Route 50% of your traffic to Path A and 50% to Path B to see which messaging yields higher conversions.
- Initial Typing Delay: Simulate human behavior by waiting up to 60 seconds before sending the first message. Instagram will display a “typing…” indicator to the user.
The Opening Message
Every flow begins with an Opening Message. This is your hook.The Required Trigger Button
If your flow contains multiple steps, your Opening Message must contain a Button Text (e.g., “Send me the link”). Meta’s API requires the user to click this button to bridge them into the rest of your automated sequence.Adding Nodes (Steps)

Highly engaging visual format. Combines an image (max 2MB), bold title, subtitle, and buttons.
Lead Collection
Standard text request asking the user to type their email or phone number in the chat.
Delay
Wait a specific number of minutes before sending a follow-up nudge to unengaged users.
Smart Nodes (PRO)
Smart Nodes actively communicate with the Meta API to verify a user’s actions before allowing them to proceed.- Grow Followers (Gate): Pauses the automation until the user follows your Instagram page. The flow actively verifies their follow status in real-time.
- Smart Email Capture: Pauses the flow until the user replies with a valid email format, securely saving it to your dashboard.
