To use DMRocket, you need to connect an Instagram Professional or Creator account that is linked to a Facebook Page.

Step-by-Step Setup

Go to your Dashboard

Log into app.dmrocket.co and navigate to the Settings or Accounts tab on the left sidebar.

Click Connect

Click the Connect Instagram button. You will be redirected securely to Facebook’s authorization page.

Authorize Permissions

Select the specific Instagram account you want to automate, along with its linked Facebook Page.
You must grant all requested permissions (messages, comments, profile data). If you uncheck any permissions, DMRocket will not be able to send automated replies.

Confirmation

Once authorized, you will be redirected back to DMRocket, and your account will show as Active.

Troubleshooting

If your connection fails or your automations stop working, your Meta access token may have expired. This happens if you change your Instagram password or if Meta flags a security checkpoint. Simply click Reconnect in your DMRocket dashboard to refresh the connection.
