DMRocket makes it easy to track your automation volume and manage your subscription directly from the dashboard.
Monitoring Your Usage
Every plan comes with a specific monthly limit for automated Direct Messages. To check your current usage:
- Navigate to Settings in the left-hand sidebar.
- Click on the Billing tab.
- View the Monthly Usage progress bar.
Your usage counter automatically resets on the 1st of every month, regardless of your billing cycle date.
Upgrading Your Plan
If you are approaching your monthly DM limit or want to unlock PRO features (like Smart Nodes and A/B Split Testing), you can upgrade at any time.
Go to Billing
Open Settings > Billing in your dashboard.
Click Upgrade
Click the Upgrade Plan button. This will open the global pricing modal.
Select your Plan
Choose the tier that best fits your volume. We support secure local and international payments via Cards, Netbanking, and UPI.
Instant Activation
Once payment is successful, your limits will be instantly increased, and locked features will become immediately available.
Downgrading or Canceling
You can cancel your subscription at any time.
Go to Settings > Billing and click Cancel Plan. Your premium features and higher limits will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. After that, your account will revert to the Free tier.
Finding Your Invoices
We automatically email a PDF receipt to your account’s primary email address immediately after every successful payment.
If you need to review your past payments, go to the Invoice History section at the bottom of your Billing settings. If you cannot find a receipt, please check your spam folder or contact support.
