Step 1: Choose Your Trigger
- Navigate to Automations in your dashboard and click Create Custom Automation.
- Under “What should trigger this automation?”, select Comment on Post (or Reel Comment).
Step 2: Select Your Content
DMRocket will automatically fetch your recent Instagram media.- Click on the specific post(s) you want this automation to run on.
- Alternatively: Toggle Apply to all future content if you want this keyword to work on every post you make from now on.
- Click Continue.
Step 3: Define Your Keyword
You don’t want to DM every single person who comments—only those asking for your link.- Toggle the match type to Exact Match or Match Any.
- Type a keyword (e.g., “LINK” or “INFO”) and press Enter.
- Click Continue.
Step 4: Craft Your Message
This is the message the user will receive in their DMs.- Type your opening message (e.g., “Hey! Thanks for commenting. Here is the link you asked for!”).
- Add a Flow Trigger Button text below it (e.g., “Get the Guide”).
- Click Add Next Step and select Text Message or Card Message to add your actual URL.
- Set up your Public Comment Replies at the bottom of the page. DMRocket will randomly select one to reply to the user’s comment publicly (e.g., “Sent to your DM! 🚀”).
